It's your generic Starbucks. Nothing really spectacular about it other than the location. This is located in the bustling street of beach next to the wax museum and near knotts.

I don't come here often. But I was in the mood for some coffee so I decided to stop by. I feel like every time I come here, the drinks get smaller and smaller. It's way too over priced and I just don't see what the big hype is about. I'd rather go elsewhere. The food however is very good. I picked up coffee for my parents but they didn't have any cup holders so I had to juggle my drinks.

I like this location a lot! I come here to do work sometimes, and my friends and I have always gotten such great service. John (I think he might be the manager) is really nice and if you go close to closing, you may get a free pastry! :D

This location has a very diverse and friendly staff. They never hesitate to offer suggestions or guidance when you feel indecisive. It has plenty of seating and outlets inside, and extra seating outside. The only advice I can offer is that it gets really packed because of the proximity to the old wax museum, now body and titanic exhibit, by schools which means annoying kids. For the most part everyone who hangs out there is doing work or meeting for deaf and church stuff meaning its filled with good people. A few old bikers, and some famous biker gangs hang here too outside, but they dont cause trouble and are nice to the staff.

Plenty of parking, but many lazy ass customers "create" their own space along the entrance so they don't have to walk as far in the parking lot. Bikers seem to like this place, so it can be a bit intimidating when you drive in. Ample outside sitting, and lots of tables inside too.

I love when Starbucks location are their own and not attached to a bajillion little stores. This one is so unique, especially with it being across from medieval times and adjacent to the wax museum. (wish the museum was still running!) It's a hot spot for sure! I went there to meet up with a few girls to work on a project and getting tables can get tricky since the table with all the outlets is always bombarded with the laptop users and cell phone chargers. The baristas are so nice and they made my drink to perfection. Rare, since I'm one of those complicated drink types =p I don't come here often but when I do I'm glad I did.

I have this annoying habit of not charging my laptop. So when I look for a coffee place, I spend a ridiculous amount of time scouring Yelp for any mention of outlets. Seriously, can more people Yelp about that in their reviews and quicktips?!? Although I would love to give more of my business to non-chain and/or fancy coffee coffeehouses, I am looking to find: 1) free, dependable wi-fi, 2) ample outlets, 3) free and easily accessible parking, 4) non-distracting or repulsive music, and 5) available restrooms. A place could have the best coffee but I can't get any work done if I can't turn on my laptop. This Starbucks hit the mark on all counts. My only issue is it is a tad hard to spot as you drive down Beach and it closes relatively early at 10pm. Look for the Medieval Times across the street.

Good Starbucks...one of the larger ones. Great parking and plenty of seating. Slightly out of the way for me personally but pretty good otherwise.

While I am not a HUGE Starbucks customer, I do stop in once in a while, as was the case in Buena Park recently. This location is bitter sweet, as many people still remember Movieland Wax Museum, which was a famous Southern California attraction for decades, just a minute up the road from Knott's Berry Farm. This Starbucks occupies the building where Movieland's outside gift shop once was. The main building that housed Movieland sits empty and deteriorating slowly, which is a real bummer. For those wondering, very little is left inside the Movieland building; it was supposed to be turned into something else shortly after it closed years ago - that obviously never happened. Most of the wax figures inside were sold to private collectors and other wax museums. The crew at this Starbucks is always very nice and service is quick. There are tables outside as well as inside, making for some nice seating availability. It seems as though there are Buena Park regulars that are usually seated outside reading, etc. I imagine this location gets a decent amount of traffic as well from tourists visiting Knott's and staying in nearby hotels. Definitely a good stop and a nostalgic chunk of SoCal history.

This Starbucks location is alright. Kind of in an awkward plaza because the Wax Museum is closed. During the weekends, it gets quite crazy with the biker crews. It's hard to find seating indoors at nights most of the time, and I think I'd choose the one on La Palma or Lincoln if I actually wanted to sit inside and get work done.

The staff here is really nice and made the best Pumpkin Spice Latte ever. The coffee didn't taste burnt and it wasn't under sweetened. The layout of this place is really cool. Its circular and is located at the old Buena Park Wax Museum.

I love starbucks! This location is pretty big but it gets crowded! you'll have no problem with parking because they have big parking lot in the front. People were friendly and there are lots of tables so that's a plus! I don't think you can "study" here because it gets kinda loud but love the atmosphere - enjoying my greentea latte while listening to Christmas songs! :)

Why would I ever give SB 4 stars? Here is something about SB you may not know. In large markets, like Houston, there are SOME SB that have a Clover Coffee Machine. Houston has three such SB (Meyerland, Gray & Smith, Fannin and Dryden). They use premium beans and the Clover extracts the flavors exceptionally well. Its like a reverse french press or aeropress. No kidding, you will feel like you're NOT in a SB. Its a true coffee experience. So, get you duff to one of these locations, pick your favorite regional, and see what I am talking about.

My favorite Starbucks. I go Tues/Thurs mornings (early class!) at about 9am. I love the big parking lot. I love the bikers in the front; they say good morning to me! The workers are always nice, and they're not teenagers (not that teens are bad... I'm still a teen for another 3 months). Sometimes it's fairly empty, but lately it's been pretty busy whenever I've gone in. I'm still in & out in less than 5 mins though, which is good since I'm consistently late for comparative politics. Sometimes I go to the Starbucks inside Target, since it's less out of my way than this one, but I like coming here even when I'm late :) I loveee the salted caramel frap (any of their frappaccinos are pretty good). The salted caramel latte isn't as good; the best part is licking the caramel + salt on the whipped cream, which the latte lacks. The green tea frap is also yummy. I want to try the pumpkin latte, but I'm a little scared. I wish they had samples...

Came here when my usual spot was full and I needed to do some work. Got here, found a spot with a friend and started working. Friendly people but didn't get the usual, "mom and pop" feel to it that I got used to at the other spots I like to frequent. About two hours later some guy thought I was staring him down and comes up to me and tries to start a fight. I just ignore him and after some awkwardness of him cussing at me to take it outside, he leaves me alone. Let me be clear, I didn't even look in his direction. I thought I dodged that bullet until my friend points out that the guy grabbed a set two tables down around a corner and constantly looks/glares over staring us down. H'okay. I'm a lover, not a fighter. What's his problem? While all this goes down, EVERYONE around me ignores that anything had happened. Staff didn't pay any attention. etc. Well, now I know the next time I want to get into a fight, I have a place I can go to!

My favorite Starbucks of all time. Came here everyday during Summer School studying 8 hours straight everyday. In fact, I'm writing this review at this Starbucks right now. Katella & Knotts Starbucks Wi-Fi was really slow when I only saw 2 people with laptops and 2 person with Smartphone. But here Internet is smooth and fast as it can get :) I was here since 4:30PM doing homework and watching a movie on Netflix. "Did you know?" Introvert people needs quiet place to concentrate, but Extrovert people may concentrate better being surrounded by people and some noises. I'm an Extrovert and I can concentrate on my work so much better at noisy Starbucks! :)

I'm not a coffee connoisseur and rarely make an appearance at coffee house now that I'm not in school studying. "Four-Bucks"....I mean Starbucks is one of the places I have gift cards for so I might as well use them. Why pay for my drink elsewhere when I need to use the never ending supply of $5 gift cards I receive each year? I have driven by this location forever! I always take Beach to get onto the 91 fwy and have always thought about stopping but never do. Finally when a friend wanted to meet for coffee, i suggested this location b/c it was between us and it was my way of finally checking it out. Came here Sunday evening around 6pm. I found that there was plenty of parking in the lot adjacent to it. Besides cars in the lot were bikers hanging out on and around their bikes. They didn't bother me, but it may be off putting for some people. As I walked up I saw there is a lot of outdoor seating. And apparently there are table designated as "smoking" tables. As I walked by one, there was a cup full of cigarette butts in water....very appetizing. If you're going to be a lung polluter at least don't add to the pollution by littering too. Gross. I went in and ordered before my friend got there. There was no line and my Iced Green Tea was ready right away. The problem I saw inside is the lack of seating. This place is deceiving from the outside. It's looks huge and spacious set in front of the Wax Museum. Not so big on the inside. There was a group of 3 people taking the only large table that could seat maybe 8. I can't remember exactly but there are only like 6 other tables in the place. And all were full. Awesome! So I went outside and cleaned up after the manner-less smokers and had a seat. Even with the weather being warm that day, it was getting cold outside and there are no heaters to be found. My friend and I became stalkers and were keeping a keen eye on the patrons inside that were leaving and b-lined it for an open table. We managed to warm up inside and the place stayed busy the whole time we were there. I don't care for the coffee, it's too bitter for me. I like the tea and the 8,000 calorie-2 bite pastries they have. But if I were paying for any of the items, I'd have to say Id probably go elsewhere. They are over priced...hence my "Four-Buck" comment. I could see coming here to study or when it's warm out and you can be comfortable sitting outside. I don't recommend coming in during bad weather....there will be no place to sit. It served it's purpose for the evening...

Wouldn't really bother to review a SB in the first place, but it can't do too much harm. Visited this location after a quick trip down to watch a nephew's volleyball game. Ordered in the drive-thru just 2 drinks. 2 simple drinks (not all that fancy minus this, hold that, add this mumbo-jumbo). And they were both wrong. Nice enough to fix it since I went inside, but that pretty much defeated the purpose of going to the drive-thru in the first place.

As far as Starbucks goes, this one is my favorite. The cafe area is nice, the outdoor seating is great, the baristas are super friendly, and the coffee at this location actually tastes better than the coffee at just about every other Starbucks I've been to.

This is just one of the many many Starbucks stores that I visit in and around Orange County, and as I can't find a Yelp listing for the particular one by my place, I will write a review on this one (I come to this branch often, as well). Please be advised that this review may or may not be tainted by my experiences at other Starbucks locations. I'm just too lazy to individually review each one I've ever been to. First and foremost, I have to say that I'm not much of a coffee drinker. Back in high school, my dad gave me some lecture about Starbucks. DAD: Don't go to Starbucks! ME: Why not? DAD: Starbucks sells drugs! ME: What the hell are you talking about? DAD: Haven't you noticed? ME: Noticed what?! DAD: Once a person starts going to Starbucks, they will never drink other coffee! It's addicting! They must put something in their coffee! It's like pho! The cilantro makes people into pho addicts! =_____=;; Anyways, more out of rebellion than anything (I was quite a brat), I began to frequent Starbucks, brandishing their cheap cardboard cups at home whenever my dad was around. Addicting, indeed! My forays into the coffee world were brief and unsatisfactory. I don't think I have a coffee-loving gene in my body. However, I LOVE drinking tea. I think I drink tea instead of water most of the time. At Starbucks, my all-time favorite drink is the iced green tea with no water/sweetner. It's probably my signature drink. I rarely get coffees (probably only when it's really really cold outside... and even then, I prefer the apple cider). The drinks are great. Even though I don't enjoy drinking coffee in general, Starbucks serves a pretty mean cup of whatever concoction I choose to try. Granted, I'm not a coffee connoisseur, so perhaps my judgment counts for nothing. Who knows? The food, on the other hand, I can totally give an informed review on. THE FOOD IS GRODY. Their bakery items are almost always stale and dry (especially their scones.. blech!), and their breakfast food items are equally yucky. I'd prefer to go to McDonald's, thanks. However, their cold sandwiches are not that bad. I wouldn't pay for them (I have friends that work at every STBX across the county, so I get my sandwiches for free), but the taste is alright. My favorite is the turkey sandwich, the one with the stuffing in it. I mostly wanted to review Starbucks because I wanted to complain about the service. If any of you have ever been to a drive-thru STBX, you know exactly what I'm talking about. It's SO SLOW. I am wary of drive-thru STBXs in general because I've had so many bad experiences, but I'm flat-out too lazy to go inside and order if I can help it. So despite bad experience after bad experience, I keep going back, hoping for the best. Most of the time, my hopes are dashed. This particular STBX and the one on Brookhurst and Crescent are HORRIBLE. Once, I waited over 20 minutes (I was STUCK between two cars so I couldn't even pull out) to get my drink (how hard is it to dump some PREMADE tea into a cup, top it off with ice, and snap a lid on it?!), and there was only ONE CAR in front of me. I don't know... *shaking head in disgust* In-store, there's the same problem. The workers are often so busy messing around with each other that they just leave their customers unattended. I've had to throw many a death-glare at the various employees, telepathically trying to convey the message: "STOP MESSING AROUND and get started on my drink, you dumbass!" I am a patient person. I am a nice person. But many a times, I've had to count to ten to calm myself down. I don't like causing scenes, you see. So now, when I see a rowdy, dumb teenager somewhere, I always think to myself, "You should look for a career at STBX. A perfect fit." I've also come to tout the words, "What did I expect? It's freaking STBX," about ten times a day. Maybe my dad was right. Maybe STBX does add some secret ingredient to their drinks that makes them addictive. If it was any other chain store, I wouldn't even bother going back after the third consecutive horrible experience. I've had horrible experiences pretty regularly for the past few YEARS, yet I can't seem to give up my precious iced green tea with no water/sweetner. I should've listened to my dad. I shouldn't have started to begin with. Now I need rehab.

The service is great here. They greet you with a smile. For me there is nothing like a nicely toasted bagel with cream cheese & they deliver. The coffee is heavenly. A sip of hot creamy & a hint of sweetness from the unsweetened vanilla just makes you want to start you're day.

A strange starbucks if i have to say. Parking is not so close, looks like there could be a drive through but there isn't. Service is great, workers are super friendly. I stop in for a frappe every now and then. Wish there was a drive thru =/

I am addicted to Starbucks. There is one at my school and they take all my money. Finals are coming up and I can see myself spending a ton of more money there. Anywho, I came to this Starbucks for a Lexus meet on February 16, 2009. I was up till 3 am the night before so I was in desperate need of some caffeine. It was nice hanging out with my fellow Lexus owners while soaking up the caffeine but this was unfortunately cut short when a very rude member of the staff of Medieval Times decided to come over and yell and scream at everyone to leave. She then proceeded to call Buena Park P.D. who then issued tickets to my friends who were patronizing Po Folks Restaurant. Do not go to Medieval Times as this is a reflection their attitude towards customer service.

This Starbucks is like HOME to me. I've gone here for many years if not every morning ,about 4-5 times a week. I work across the way and it's a wonderful location when I need a pick me up before work or after. Every one is extremely friendly and Amy the manager is amazing. I've gone here for so long we exchange info about what's going on in our lives. They have always been super sweet and it seems they know what I want when I go in there seeing as its usually one of three things. I feel awkward going into any other Starbucks if it's not this one.Seems sort of strange for me to say aloud but its true. I've gone to other locations and it doesn't taste the same or the people behind the counter are not friendly at all, slow, or just don't have a clue what you want even after you've said it more than once. I've heard rumors that there might be a new Starbucks going up but I believe this one keeps so much business because of regulars and touritst that it will be around for quite some time. ;)

I like how wide the starbucks is inside and how large the parking area is. There is also a nice seating area with a ton of green. The workers are nice when taking your order (typical of starbucks nowadays) and the coffee was, well starbucks grade. Overall:a nice location with a lot of room to lounge. Only downside is that there are not enough outlets inside for people who want to use laptops. It's like a treasure hunt in there to find a power outlet.

What can I say about the Great Satan of the Western World? I can say this: despite my hatred and my poor rating, I show up at this Starbucks a lot. Here's my excuse. I'm a high school teacher. My blood no longer exists - instead, I have burnt, black venomous coffee running through my veins. How else can I make it through a week, let alone a day? Therefore, I need coffee, and the swill they serve me at work does not cut it. So this is the closest coffee shop near my work, besides Maui Wowi, which I'm constantly afraid is going to close up - and whose business hours are as reliable as Lindsay Lohan. In addition, my students always seem to think that the best present they can get dear old Mr. C is a Starbucks gift card. After almost 4 years of teaching, I have over $400 dollars worth of Starbucks gift cards. So I might as well use them, right? So here's what I get from this place (which thankfully has a drive through so I don't need to listen to Norah Jones for five billion hours while I wait for my order to get filled inside): Venti Green Tea Lemonade (usually an after work drink), grande vanilla frap (break time), venti soy caramel macchiato (to start off my day). Other than those three drinks, and the fact that I don't actually have to pay for anything, I can safely say I hate Starbucks. Their food sucks; their other drinks are no good; their regular coffee is usually burnt and nasty. And there are only like two or three people that work at this particular location that know what they're doing.

All roads eventually lead to Starbucks and this one brings out the best and brightest that Buena Park has to offer. What sets this Starbucks apart from the 5,000 other ones I've been dragged into is basically three things: (1) an eclectic mix of people.. your tourists taking in Buena Park, your students lugging laptops and wishing their coffee was beer instead, biker dudes showing off their biker gear and receding hairlines, and your average Joes like me saying WTF brought everyone here tonight? (2) decent outdoor seating almost like a runway to chew the fat, smoke it out, and/or stare at #1 above, and (3) a large parking lot that may or may not be shared with other businesses. Lots of cars just parked with people in them. I'm thinking drug deals, high school foreplay, or both.

This Starbucks was like a second home to me when I was an undergrad. I spent many hours here studying my brains out and drinking coffee like it was air. The baristas were great and always friendly. If they messed up my order or forgot to make it, they always upgraded it for free. The place is always clean, including the bathrooms. This is a bigger Starbucks, so there's plenty of seating and tables to sit/chat/chill, or stare at notes all day long like me. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. A diverse type of crowd breezes through here: families, students, hipsters, business persons doing business, tourists and so forth. Sometimes can be loud and crowded, sometimes quiet and empty, all depending on the time of day and week. This Starbucks will always live near and dear to my heart. Long live Starbucks, Buena Park!

I went for a black tea latte (wish it was stronger but it grew on me) because I don't really know what else is open after 10 p.m. here. The cashier asked me which kind then turned around to say she was joking. Because my friend didn't want a receipt, we didn't know that the transaction was done [we weren't given a credit card slip to sign] so we stood there while the cashier stared down at the register and the person behind us frowned as she waited. My friend liked her zen green tea. This location needs more sofas or upholstered chairs and the parking lot could be better lit.

Said the Barista To the little yelper Do you want some coffee? Brewed fresh into the night Do you want some coffee? Free refills my little yelper Said the little yelper to her friend do you see what I see? Lots of mugs, my yelper friend Tumblers, mugs sitting on the shelf Waiting to be filled. Do you want some coffee? Located off Beach Blvd near the 91 freeway next to the old Wax museum in the tourist trap corner of Midevil Times, Pirates adventure, the Bodies in Motion. Standing in a Huge, I mean huge parking lot. But still I find it a pain in the you know what, to access this spot. Going North on Beach you have to make a U Turn to enter the lot. To exit its right turn only onto Beach Blvd. Service here can be hit or miss. Long lines due to the groups of bikers, book clubs, study groups that linger here. So expect a wait during busy hours. Besides that this is one of my favorite Starbucks to buy stuff!! It always has a huge huge huge selection on merchandise from mugs to tumblers. Especially during the holidays. Although I do prefer locally owned coffee shops, I still have a gold card and appreciate my free refills on iced and hot coffee. For a large group this marks a great spot to enjoy coffee and conversation. Plenty of outdoor tables and chairs that can be brought together for your party. And dog friendly! !!! Review #487

I might have hit this Starbucks at the wrong time because the line was super long and the service was super slow. The crew seemed disorganized and there was one person who was obviously new and didn't really know how to enter orders into the register. There was one crew member who was EXCELLENT, she pretty much was holding it all together on her own. Her name was Amy. Hooray for Amy, if it weren't for you, I'm not sure I would have ever received my hot chocolate! Again, I hit this Starbucks during a huge rush, so that likely affected the service. I think this is a really good location to meet someone for coffee though.Nice big parking lot, and plenty of seating indoors and out. Big plus. I'd try it again if I were in the area. Amy, keep up the great attitude! You're terrific!!

Saturday November 15th we went to The Bodies Exhibit and this Starbucks was right next store. We got there a little before 6pm. At this time Starbucks had the promotion going on buy one get one free from 2-5 and extended until 6pm for rewards members. However we got there before 6 for our buy one get one free drink but the line was long and by the time we got up to the register it was 6:10. They said they couldn't honor the deal because it was past 6. We paid for our drinks but I was still a little annoyed. The guy at the resister was new and didn't really know even how to properly reload my friends Starbucks card so he really didn't have a response to our compliant. However Casey the barista heard us and said it's in the computer, which manually gives the discount so there was nothing they could do about it. I took a minute to talk to Natalie an assistant manager since the manger wasn't there. Once I told her what happened she refunded the drink money. I was very happy with that and realize they might have just been understaffed, especially since the line was so long. This Starbucks got 3 stars thanks to Natalie for making sure we left happy.

This place was busy at the time we went after lunch on a Saturday. Most of the seating was taken. I saw one bartista and one person running the register. The guy running the register looked lost. My fiancé told me he looked stoned. LOL! After the a long wait, the barista finally got my coffee made. I ordered a Gingerbread Latte. It tasted good like I would expect. As for my fiancé's chocolate milk, barista got it wrong. How could you mess up chocolate milk? My guess the guy running the register messed taking her order. As for the parking, there is plenty and they share with the museum right next to the place.

One cashier and one barista + cold day = looong starbucks line, long starbucks wait. Waited for some friends outside of the titanic and bodies exhibit so decided to grab a "quick" drink. Line was 6-7 people deep, and with 1 barista, meant 20- minute wait for my iced pumpkin spice latte. I just saw the barista running everywhere and doing her best, but even then the orders just kept pilling on. Later she told me she was 8 months pregnant! She should not be going through that type of stressful job.

I normally love my Venti Quad Iced White Chocolate Mocha with an extra pump of white chocolate I have a gold card which means I go to Starbucks a lot. My husband and I stopped at Knotts Berry Farm for the night on our way through a lot of California. Saw this Starbucks and had to stop for some fuel for a long drive. There was a wait but in the morning Starbucks should have a wait. My drink just didn't taste right. Yes, it was strong but I can't put my finger on what was wrong with it but something was wrong with it. We had a time crunch so didn't bother with getting it fixed but this is the first time I can say at all the Starbucks I have gone too, and there are a lot of them, that something just wasn't right with my drink.

I was just told that the manager "is particular" about things when I tried to exchange my brand new cup for a mug. From the sounds of some of these reviews, it seems as if management needs to think about treating customers better. I walked out and will be going to other Starbucks from now on. One on La Palma offered to do it no problem and courteously.

Stopped in before our return to the desert. They were SLAMMED and there were only two people working. The line was at least 10 deep and I thought the ordeal would require 30 minutes of my time. Surprisingly the Barista was keeping up so well that I waited about five minutes for two Caramel Macchiatos and two Strawberry Smoothies. A big thumbs up to her and I believe she was also the manager. When I asked where more help was she stated two more employees would arrive in an hour.

Super slow service last two time I came I. It took almost 30 min that's way to long for a coffee and a sandwich...and it's not because it's packed it's because the staff moves with no urgency. After 4orders backed up the barista finally came out of the back with a slight attitude of "I'm to busy to make coffee she never smiled and she moved like a snail needless to say I'm disappointed with the so called "king" of service

This Starbucks is always fresh and clean. Nice service and customers. Coffee takes a little long but the waiting area is nice so I don't mind.

Went to the drive thru and took over 20 minutes for one drink. The woman over the intercom was very rude. Asked for a simple request to split my drink in two and she didn't want to do it. Wouldn't recommend this location

Movie land Starbucks is one of the special Starbucks in a sea with one on every corner. It starts with a HUGE parking lot with great outdoor seating and windows to gawk at the once great Movieland Wax Museum. Other than than, it's standard Starbucks fare.

As my tip says, WORLD SLOWEST STARBUCKS EVER! They had 3 people working, 1 at the register, 1 making the orders, and the other packing something... or whatever she was doing to I guess "keep" busy. It looked like things that could have been held off until the line that was starting to go out the door was gone, but no, she continued. As we finally approached the register, we discovered why they are so slow. The cashier that takes your order also goes off to do other things between each order. My fiance ordered a hot green tea and instead of one of the other two ladies going to pour it into a cup, she went and did so while telling us to just go ahead and stay at the register. From the looks of it, this Starbucks gets pretty busy because of its location to major attractions but also because they're directly in front of the Bodies and Titanic Exhibits so you'd think they would properly staff themselves. To top things off, they have the hottest drinks known to man kind! I've never gone to a Starbucks where the hot tea is STILL too hot to hold between having 2 cups and a cup sleeve covering it.

I come here all the time. At least once a week for the past 4 years (I've worked across the street for 4 years) and I've never left a review. Their staff has always been friendly and helpful. Any problem I've had with a drink has been taken care of right away. They've always been generous and kind. Today there was a rude customer. I'm not even sure I can call him a customer, since he stormed out before buying anything. But he did make it a point to insult everyone before he left. And the entire staff, as usual, was doing nothing less than being a happy and helpful group. I don't know if I could have kept such a good attitude in that situation, but they did!

Won't give refills. 0 star if possible. Never coming back. Losing customers over nickels and dimes, is it worth it, management?

If there's a better Starbucks then this one then that place must be the ish. There's really nothing not to like about this location except if you are going eastbound you have to make a U-turn. That's from other reviews not mine. Really if that's the only thing you have to complain about, that you had to make a U-Turn,to get your $5 cup of coffee. Really so your docking a store a full star before you even enter the parking loti. Because of a corporate decsion on the location of the store? Why not take off another one since its in front of the Movieland Wax Muesum that's not open anymore? No in all seriousness the store is big, employees are nice, main floor and bathrooms are clean. I was in here the other day and it was arond 12 noon when I school bus full of around 60 kids came storming in all at once and granted the 3 staff employee got their butts kick but they handled it like champs. I was more than impressesed not because of the fact they got through it without any major issues but because they never showed any panic. Not to mention the most power outlets in this one location te of the two others

Officially my favorite studying joint! I've been going here almost everyday for the past week. The music does get pretty loud and when it's really late at night, they often somehow play the same (Italian?) song that goes "Pizza pizza" or something, lol. And it does get kindaaaa cold--freezing sometimes, but nothing a sweater can't fix :) If you go here to study, plan on bringing some earphones to drown out the loud music and the occasional chit chats and don't forget to bring something to warm you up :) Majority of the college students that study here take their studying pretty serious, so you can take in their vibe and it honestly helps you focus. :P

For such a popular location, the parking can be bad and there is not enough tables. There is alot of wasted space where more tables could be placed. Just in my first ten minutes there, close to ten or so people left because there was nowhere to sit. And people like to meet and chat over coffee.

Most reviews for Starbucks locations are based on other things other then there coffee. Mine will be both. The Good: Location - Easy to find location practically under the Hollywood Wax Museum sign. (cant miss it on Beach Blvd) Plenty of free parking. Outdoor seating. Larger indoor seating then other Starbucks. The not so good: I ordered a coffee, Pikes Peak. Very bitter, did exchange and was graciously accommodated. The furniture needs an upgrade. Due to there age table and chairs are worn and appear dirty. Easy to earn 5 stars: Due more to upgrade the outdoor seating area, power-clean the walkway. Especially in the very front of the doors! Right now the interior is sterial with just the wood tabe and chairs. Needs chairs and a couch that are found in similar sized locations. And there must be a way to due more with accent lighting to make the seating areas more inviting. I get the feeling I am looking for a table within a library.

For those that are tired of Starbucks in Fullerton and need a change of scenery. - Huge parking. I get a little suspicious when we come on Friday nights because their isn't too much lighting. xD. A good walk to the starbucks - Next to MediEvil times and the Wax Museum. Just cool to pass by - We can usually find a spot to study. Closes not too late around 1030pm. - Only a few seats have the outlet. the 4 chair table. Fight for it! haha - Free newspapers at the end of the night. - Sometimes we see the asian gamer take up the outlet! GRR! - Afterwards, go to the Denny's next to 91 for an all-nighter.

I used to come here regularly since my friends loved coffee. I on the other hand get the jitters and caffine gags if have anything larger than their small. Either way, I've always liked this location for its big parking spot and huge out door seating in beautiful socal weather. The inside is almost always super packed with people studying with their tablets or laptops hooked up to an outlet which seems to be plenty of. I also noticed that they were doing construction on the Movie Land Wax Museum on my last visit here. I wonder what will be coming in???? I believe It's been closed for a good 12+ years at least!

This is a Starbucks in a unique location right in front of the former Movieland Wax Museum in Buena Park. The wax museum has come and gone, but the center concession stand just in front of the entrance to the wax museum, which converted into this Starbucks, still actually gets quite a number of visitors each day. During those rare days when I'm able to wake up early for work and drive down Beach Boulevard with relatively low stress, I like to make a quick stop here. I know there are Starbuckses further down the street or even one with drive-thru windows, but because this one is in a fairly unique set up with an old looking building next door, I like getting down to grab a cup of coffee here. The service has always been fast here, but I realize that that may biased, since I only come in during the morning rush hour. People who generally get Starbucks as early as I do (between 6-7am on a weekday) are probably working people who need their morning jolt and need to GTFO to continue on their commute to their workplaces. The service here has evolved to anticipate and satisfy that demand. The fast paced rush is only reinforced by the fact that California Highway 39 (aka Beach Boulevard) runs right next to it. You have to have a plan well in advance to come here, otherwise, you may not be able to change lanes fast enough to make the right onto the drive way if you decide at the spurt of the moment that you feel like having a frappuchino. Also, be aware that when exiting the parking lot, you pretty much can only make a right hand turn. There's no if's, and's or but's when it comes to that, especially during morning or afternoon rush hour. Failure to comply may result in a hefty ticket and/or accident. Either one sucks. All that being said, the parking lot is actually a little distant from the Starbucks' doors, but that walk up to the front door contains some patio seating, for those people who may be retired and enjoy seeing the cars whiz by and yuppies grab their morning cuppa joe. If you're an architect, I'm sure you read someplace that domes can help maximize strength and interior space. That's true here. Though the outside may seem small, the interior is actually pretty large and spacious. They have several large tables and chairs, and I've personally have used this particular Starbucks as a meeting ground with some of my business school colleagues from Orange County, to work on assignments. Considering what's out there in terms of Starbuckses, this one is A-OK by me.

Love this location! Its right in front of the old Movieland Wax Museum! I like there outdoor seating. If I'm in the mood to lounge with the laptop, actually have time to enjoy my drink & feel like people watching. I will come to this location. If I need a quick fix & need the drive thru (THIS LOCATION HAS NO DRIVE-THRU) I will usually end up at the one around the corner down La Palma. My drinks are always made well here, great selection of snacks. I do try to avoid a busy weekend, because of it being tourist trap but today I was surprised it wasn't that crowded. During the week, Its never crowded! Lots of Parking!!! Location does need a bit of renovating think its looked the same since there grand opening over 10 years ago~~~~just my thoughts! Of course Ill be back everything surrounded to it brings back awesome childhood memories..in a prime location!

THIS STARBUCKS IS NO GOOD! Bad service and bad chai latte :( it was just warm milk with no chai taste o.O. I asked the barista to give me more flavoring, but he gave me a stink eye. Really? I just wanted a good drink that has a nice chai aroma. If you're a barista, you should be able to make delish drinks. Thats your job isn't it?

If I can give this no stars I would, I asked for extra caramel for a frappacino and they said they were limited in inventory and they couldn't give extra and that's one of their most popular drinks and they were limited how stupid is that won't be going here again.

Big Starbucks in the Wax Museum parking lot. This place almost seems like it should be a tourist hang out based on location alone, but from the plentiful kids with their big text books, it serves the locality just as much. From the outside, it looks pretty small and round, but inside there is plenty of seating space with a communal table even. Outside lining the walkway are a bunch more metal tables next to nice green grass. This is not a common Starbucks. Fullerton and Buena Park Mall Starbucks always seem to be crowded, so this place to me is the overflow. -=-Coffee-=- Just kidding, I ain't gonna rate the coffee. Pretty much nobody should at a baseline such as this. Just get your latte and call it a day, you Gold Card holder.

Just like any other Starbucks! The perks of this one is that during Halloween season they close later because of Halloween haunt customers! Great for late night study sessions! The location is only accessible from one side though.

This starbucks rocks. I usually come to starbucks these days to study for LSAT, so my review will focus on the environment of starbucks, not the coffee or drink itself. Since I live very close to another starbucks located in Amerige town center, I always felt a little bit reluctant to visit this location. However, if you want to focus on studying for something or have essay due tomorrow, it's the place for you. Most starbucks are freezing. I mean, I don't know if starbucks intends to make the temperature low on purpose in order to make people leave quickly.. but if I happen to study in starbucks for 2-3 hours, I get cold very easily. After studying I get sick from starbucks. However, this starbucks offers mild temperature with not too strong A/C air. Also, there are not that many people coming in and out so I don't get bothered in the middle of my practice test. The music they play isn't bothersome at all. In some locations, the music is just way too loud that I can't even have a normal conversation with my friend. Their service is awesome as well.

I love that a pour over is just an ask away... lol I HATE PIKE coffee it taste like dirt!!! So moving on - nothing BAD to report about this location. Proper motivation begins with coffee coffee coffee!!! Enjoy :)

Easy parking and service is super fast in the morning. However, I really wished it was on the other side of the street. Making the u-turn and waiting for the light takes forever. Might as well go through the drive-thru on LaPalma to save time in the morning. But if this starbucks was on the other side of the street, 5 stars.
